To install and successfully recover using Recover Photo Software, you need to have minimum hardware and software requirements on your system. Basic requirements to install the software are listed below:

• An Intel PC running Windows 2000/XP/2003/Vista.
• 64 MB of RAM (128 MB Recommended)
• Free disk space to install the software and to restore recovered data and files.

To install and configure the application local administrative privileges are required.

Instructions for Windows Vista Users 
If you are using Windows Vista, then you need to follow the below mentioned steps in order to successfully run the software and further recovering your lost data:

• Disable User Account Control (UAC) from your Control Panel
1. To disable User Account Control (UAC):
   1. Open your Control Panel and switch to Classic view
   2. Open  “User Accounts”
   3. Click  “Turn User Account control on or off ”
   4. Uncheck  “UAC to protect your computer” and restart your Computer
